Anyway, I got out before they arrived. It was about 7:30, the sun was just coming up at the end of the street, it was cool and pleasant. I did the 2.5 mile loop. It felt good. Easy and probably slow, but steady.

Random thoughts.
Furnace installers are here, installing a new furnace. Wow, what a bad sentence.
Anyway, I got out before they arrived. It was about 7:30, the sun was just coming up at the end of the street, it was cool and pleasant. I did the 2.5 mile loop. It felt good. Easy and probably slow, but steady.
